Ordering Online

The colors you see on the products are an approximation of the original colors and may vary with your monitor and/or video card. Product descriptions and colors may change without notice.

We are not responsible for orders placed before the price reduction. We reserve the right to substitute similar items if not instructed otherwise.

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.

Orders placed on Monday thru Friday (before 12.00PM) usually take 1 to 2 business days to process, before shipping. Orders placed on Friday (after 12.00PM), Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on next business day.

Orders shipped to Minnesota will have a 6.5% sales tax added. If you are ordering Wholesale, no sales tax will be applied, however you will need to provide us with your Resale ID.

Delivery

We normally ship customer's orders within one to two business days of receipt of your order and payment. You'll receive an E-mail confirming your order and a second E-mail from UPS with your shipping information including tracking numbers.

Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS services within the United States if not instructed otherwise. UPS ground service may take 5 to 7 working days for delivery depending on your shipping location. We have no control over UPS Carriers or other carriers suggested arrival times. We will not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.

The shipping rate shown on the order form is only estimated shipping charge. (If box size exceeds, additional charges apply).

Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Island, Puerto Rico and Bahamas UPS Next day only and additional charges may apply.

Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders are subject to a $15.00 or 25% re-stocking charge which ever is greater, in addition to all applicable credit card and associated fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Payment

For your convenience we gladly accept; Visa, MasterCard, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Unfortunately we do not accept personal checks or C.O.D.

"Shoestring Enterprise" will be the name that appears on your credit card statement.

Return Policy
Please contact returns@sass-bags.com within two days upon receipt of your order to request a 'Return Authorization Number'. Be sure to include your name, invoice number and the item(s) you are wanting to return. You must make this request and return the item(s) within 7 days to qualify (less shipping & handling and a 10% restocking fee). You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, free from any defect and sealed and must have the hangtags still attached.  We will not accept any return if the item has been used or damaged for any reason.

All items marked 'Clearance' and 'Sale' or items purchased at wholesale are excluded from this policy and are not refundable.

Please allow2-4 weeks for the return to be processed and credited to your account.
